Why You Should Get A Home Inspection

What We Do

We start on the outside of the house checking the grounds, foundation and exterior of the home.  At this time we check the roof and the chimney usually from a ladder with binoculars. If central air is present we will check that. Next we head inside the house to the top floor checking bathrooms, bedrooms, windows and electrical outlets. Whenever possible and entry is available we enter the attic.  Then we work down through the house checking the kitchen, bathroom, laundry and any other rooms.  Finally we end up in the basement checking the electrical panel and heating system. We then locate the water main and water heater checking both for leaks.
